I was on Central Station the other day on my way to work, and saw this dirty old homeless-looking man - who was also a citirail worker - walking along the platform in one of those bright orange vests, with a barely lit cigarette hanging out of his mouth, crusty bits in his knotty hair, what looked like last night's food smeared across his face and a dustpan and broom in his hands. The back of the vest said in big letters 'Presentation Officer'. Great image he was presenting. Right on, Citirail.
