Bateau Bay makes the news

This dude never left Australia, but the US governement want to prosecute him. Thankfully our weak as piss government are handed him over without a fight.

Read the news story here.

What does this mean for everyone in the world that isn't in the USA? It means that you better watch out because you are subect to their laws. (The middle east already knew this.)

NSW Chief Judge in Equity (what's that?) said "...there is also the consideration that a country must protect its nationals from being removed from their homeland to a foreign country merely because the commercial interests of that foreign country..."

But that couldn't save him. Our mate Chris Ellison gave him up as quick as he could. I wonder what backdor rewards Chris took? Or was he just following orders.

On top of a possible 10-year jail term, Griffiths could be fined $US500,000. (By way of comparison, the average sentence for rape in Victoria is six years and 10 months.)

Oh - and in case you think this poor unfortunate guy is the only one... think again.

Time to vote out these dudes and get some true Aussies in. People who will look after their citizens. Sheesh!

There is a discussion board if you want to learn more - it's here.
