Speaking of Zombies I am reading a sci fi book (trilogy) called the Reality Dysfunction. It's a lame name but it's a book about the undead coming back to possess people 600 years in the future. Plenty of neat shit including supre hi tech marines going toe to toe with zomie/undead type dudes - and sometimes winning, sometimes not.
The book is bloody thick - and there's three of them. This i how wide it is...
